Orders

When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated. 
We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, this is not confirmation that we have accepted your order. 
We may refuse to accept an order if;

•    We do not receive your payment
•    There has been a pricing or product description error
•    The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued
•    Requests are made that may contain content which may cause annoyance or inconvenience such as unlawful, indecent, offensive, racist, pornographic, etc.

Free Delivery

Free Delivery only applies when you order an item which states it has free delivery. If combined with a product that does not have free delivery you will pay the respective Standard / Express Delivery fee for the combined purchase.

Cancelling an order

To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as conveniently possible. You have 1 hour from purchase to request a refund. Due to the nature of how our products are made we are unable to amend or cancel an order once the item is in production. We will happily amend an order if you notify us of the change or cancellation prior to the production stage. If you would like to contact us please do so here.

Returns

If you return a product due to an error on our part, or because the item is faulty, damaged or defective, we will replace the item (if possible) or refund the full value of the item. The items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. When returning items, you are responsible for any postage costs. We advise you to return your item via a trackable postage service.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
